ZAG will be a platform for influencers and thought leaders (content creators) to share their insights from their headspace and be followed by a community of ZAGGERS. Content creators will be incentivised via ZAG Tokens for content that is upvoted by the ZAG community.

One of ZAG 's key utilities is for job or gig seekers to connect with employers. ZAG allows ZAGGERS to research on employers. Information will be provided by the employers as part of their employer brand to attract the best talent in the market. For tech talent, we have a Bounty Program. An employer incentivizes talent by offering a bounty (in ZAG tokens) to build a product (think hackathon) or to solve a business problem. The top entry selected by the employer wins the bounty, with all top 5 entries getting a ZAG NFT as proof of achievement that they were the top 5 shortlisted.
BUSINESS NETWORKING
ZAG helps businesses connect with top talent and potential partners and customers. Two ZAGGERS have a "first-degree connection" when one accepts an invitation from another.
ZAGGERS connected to each of them are "second-degree connections" and persons connected to the second-degree connections are "third-degree connections". You can only directly message first-degree connections.
A ZAGGER will get an instant connection to second-degree or third-degree connections via an introduction from a first-degree connection ZAGGER.
The first-connection ZAGGER will get incentivized with ZAG tokens for bridging the connection.
ADVERTISING & DATA ANALYTICS
ZAG will offer employers a freemium advertising model for job postings on the ZAG platform until our 10,000th ZAGGER is signed up. We will then transition to a paid advertising model. ZAG will follow up with our business products to generate paid revenue via monthly subscriptions for access to data analytics for Hiring, Marketing, and Selling.
